Matthew MacKinnon - Communications Director

A veteran of the boardroom, running an international leisure software business, Adrian decided to change direction in the 1990s studying law at Aberystwyth University, later gaining a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Management. Adrian has been in law and legal practice education for the last 25 years and was principal of a law and accounting college. He also ran a specialist online media Company offering CPD courses for solicitors and barristers. Adrian’s current portfolio includes working for the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Lay Visitor and is a senior examiner for the WJEC. He has sat on the Lay Committee of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and, has undertaken consultancy work for a number of organisations including the Professional Standards Body for Health and Social Care. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Chartered Manager. Adrian is widely published writer, his work appearing in national newspapers, journals and other media over the last 20 years.

Adrian Mason
Operations Director

Matthew has over a decade’s experience working within the field of communications, reputation management, campaigns and digital media. His experience has included him working with politicians at the European, Welsh and UK Parliament’s. Working with charities at a national and international level and heading up the press operation for the largest agricultural show in Europe.
Matthew has written for various outlets including the Daily Telegraph and appeared as a guest on the BBC, GB News and Talk TV.
Most recently Matthew acted as Director of Communications for Reform UK during the 2024 General Election. Helping the party gain 5 MPs and gaining widespread acclaim for their digital campaigns.
He now acts as client lead at Transmit Digital focusing on our communication contracts.
